for this item is 0℃-60℃(32°F - 140°F) and a humidity proofing range of
0% - 95%.
Constructed of high-quality stainless steel throughout the cabinet that
allows you to Keep your bread and pastries warm or hot and ready for
your customers on the go! Slide-out trays make for easy access to grab
exactly what you need.
A clear door with stainless steel frame and LED thermostat gives you
complete control over the operating temperature and humidity range and
doesn’t require opening the door to use.

Function |

1.The purpose of the fermentation box
is to make the dough gas again and puffy, so as to get the required
volume of the finished products, and to make the steamed bread and bread
products have better edible quality. The shaped dough must be woken up,
re-generated gas, so that the dough is loose, get the appropriate size
of the volume.
2. It saves time on fermentation.This
will ensure that the bread does not go sour as a result of prolonged
fermentation.
3.Can be used to adjust the temperature
and humidity of the environment, hot air circulation, temperature and
humidity uniformity in the box, the fermentation effect is better.

Points to note:
1. Use the single-phase power switch which
meets the power requirement of the fermentation tank and equip with
leakage protector to plug the power supply of the fermentation tank and
fill the water pan with water before electrifying.
2. plug in the power, power indicator
light, indicating that the power has been connected, the need to ferment
the dough into the want to layer, according to their needs to adjust.
3. Cut off water and power supply when
stop using, ensure the safety of using water and electricity.
