Application
and scope of application:
It is suitable
for coating of paint and varnish (including single layer and compound coating
system) under the standard condition, when it is bent around the conical shaft,
it can resist cracking or detachability from the metal bottom plate, and the
elongation of the coating can also be determined.

1、The
instrument should be tested under the conditions of 23 + 2 C and relative
temperature (50 + 5)%, except for the other requirements. The instrument should
be operated on (or fixed on) the instrument platform.
2、The sampling
was carried out according to the GB3186 - 82 "sampling of paint products", and
the special samples were checked and prepared according to the GB1727 - 79
"general preparation method of paint film".
3、Test plate
(1)Material and
size
Unless otherwise specified or agreed, test plate shall comply with GP9271 - 88
"paints and varnishes standard test board" requirements, and should be polished
polished steel plate, tin plate or soft aluminum.
The plate should be smooth, no deformation, the surface should be free of any
bulge or crack visible, test plate is 100mm*180mm, the maximum thickness is
0.8mm, if not deformation test plate in coating and drying after cutting, if it
is aluminum, the long side should be vertical and metal rolling process in
parallel (axial).
(2)The
treatment and coating of the test plate
Except as otherwise stipulated, three pieces of test board should be prepared
according to the rules of GB1727 - 79 "general preparation of lacquer film". If
the brush is used, the brush mark should be parallel to the short side of the
sample.
(3)Drying and drying conditions
According to the time required for drying (or bake hardening), each coated
sample plate is placed. Then the test sample is placed at 16h at 23 + 2 degrees
C and relative temperature 50 + 5%, and at least, the test is carried out as
soon as possible.
(4)Film thickness
The thickness was measured by GB1764 - 79 film thickness measurement.
