Operation method
1 To prepare ice cream
mixture, follow the recipes below.
2 Prepare 2 spoon hot water about 60~80℃,drop to the glutin one by one.
Stir until the glutin has dissolve.
3 Mix the milk, Heavy cream ,sugar and glutin, stir and make it mixing
well.
4 Add the other ingredients: grated chocolate, juice, vanilla extract,
etc, except alcoholic liquid.
5 Keep the mixture in the refrigerator to cool it in 10~15℃ before
making ice cream.
6 Pour the mixture into inner bowl with the paddle running.
7 Add alcoholic liquid when the ice cream is almost achieved. |
Matters needing attention:
1. This product must not be disposed together with
the domestic waste. This product has to be disposed at an authorized
place for recycling of electrical and electronic appliances.
2.Make sure your
electricity supply is the same as the electrical rating specified on the
underside of the power unit.
Before using for the first time:
1 Remove all of the packaging.
2 Wash the parts: see “cleaning”.
3 Eight hours in advance, place the inner bowl into a freezer.
4 Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix (see recipe ideas). Allow the
mixture to cool in the refrigerator.
