Molding machine adopts linear motor drag, and structure is

well-balanced. Far infrared heating dryer has the adjustable
linear speed, which make the product dry fast and comfortable,

Production: The switch can control
the production of the cone of the conical pizza.
Flexible production: adjust the
temperature of the top and bottom of the mold according to
different pizza formula.
Indicator reminder: There is an
automatic alarm system inside the machine and the power light
and the temperature indicator outside the machine.
Emergency preparedness: Press the
emergency switch and then all the machine will stop working.

How
to use |
|
(1) Check
and clean up the machine to make sure there are no foreign bodies
before use.
(2) On 110v power supply, close the machine power master switch on
the right side.
(3)Turn right to stop switch, the power indicator (red) on.
(4)Adjust the thermostat preset temperature on the mould.( The Green
indicator is for heating, while the red is for power-off protection
and reaching the specified temperature)
(5) Press the down key to test the machine. In order to adjust the
pizza crust thickness, let the above mold down to the bottom until
touch the limit switch on the left side and stop the machine.
(6) Display time controller shows the molding time. The above mold
automatically rise, back to the original position.
After checked above,
put kneaded dough evenly into the below mold, start the machine to
begin pizza cone production. |
Maintenance |
Press the emergency
button and leakage protection after production. When the temperature
down to the indoor temperature, clean it by cotton cloth. Please pay
attention to that, don't scrap by hard object. |

Materials:
400
grams of bread flour, 660 grams of cake flour,50 grams of Milk
powder, 100 grams of butter, 2 eggs, 8 grams of sugar, 8 grams of
salt, 8 grams of yeast, A moderate amount of salad oil,500 grams of
water。 |
The production
process:
1.
First, pour bread flour,cake flour,milk powder,sugar, salt and yeast
together into the machine, and then add the Yellow butter and stir
them.
2.
Add the salad oil twice and stir well in the process of stirring,
Change to medium speed until the dough is smooth enough.
3.
The prepared dough is divided into 50 grams of dough and wrapped by
plastic wrap.(The fermentation of the wrapped dough can be conducted
in the freezer or at room temperature )
4.
Fermented dough is kneaded into cone and placed in the machine. Bake
them for another 10 to 15 seconds under the temperature 180 to 200
degrees.
5.
Baked cone can save 2 days for storage in the preservation tank.
