Note:
The machine requires that the current of woring environment
circuit is above 35Amp , if less than 35A, we don't suggest you to
by this machine, because it will keep tripping the breaker. Buyer
is responsible for the shipping cost if item return due to this
reason.
The hot water temperature should be 65-75 ℃ (degree
centigrade) when scald the poultry, this is very important for
plucking.
Scalding for 2-3 minutes. Plucking for about 30 seconds.

1. Scald the poultry after slaughtered by hot water of 65-75 degree.
2. Then turn on the machine, put the scalded poultry into the
machine.
3. After 10 seconds working, turn on the tap, and wash away the
removed feather, then take out the poultry.
4. The whole time of process chicken is about half minute.

Returns & Exchanges

returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be
in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with
the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged
items, depending on the condition.

returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must
be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be
deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase
